Increase the The operating speed of a hard drive for windows7, Windows 8 and also for Windows Vista

If the response speed of a hard drive you are not satisfied, it is possible to increase or optimize the speed of a hard drive. This method is safe, without any other effect or destruction to your HDD . Here are the steps:
First, go to the Windows Control Panel (Start Menu - Control Panel)



Then select small icon on the category display panel  such as in Figure below.



Make a click on "Device Manager" from the list and another window opens. Search in the list of device "disc drive" and click.

Another list appears, select the name of your hard drive to optimize and is right-click over the name, and on the shortcut menu, choose property.
